What are UPS batteries?

UPS batteries are typically used to provide emergency power when the input power source or mains power fails.UPS is short for Uninterrupted Power Supply. UPS batteries are used to protect hardware such as computer systems, data centres, telecommunication equipment, medical equipment or other electrical equipment where an unexpected power disruption could cause injuries, fatalities, serious business disruption or data loss. UPS batteries are not all the same and it is important that the correct approved batteries are used to back up your Power Supply systems. Contact Batteryworx for all your UPS battery requirements.
