Warranty and returns policy
Batteryworx NZ Ltd is proud to offer a quality range of products. All goods purchased are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects. They do not cover damage caused by electrical faults or physical damage, any form of modification, normal wear and tear, sulphation, incorrect application, negligence, failure arising from the addition of fluids.
To process a possible warranty issue we need to have the item returned to our company so we can determine the cause of the concern/problem. The return of the product is the responsibility of the customer.
On the rare occasion that a product is found to be faulty under warranty, not as described or any other issues arise with your order, please contact the team at Batteryworx immediately so we can promptly remedy the issue for you. To keep this process easy you must provide us with clear proof of purchase. The proof of purchase may either be a receipt we issued, or bank statement or credit card statement where the amount shown on the statement directly corresponds with the purchase price of the product.
